Edible Gelatin with jelly strength 80 to 300 bloom, is widely used in food industry, such as confectionery, dairy, desserts, bakery, beverages, and meat products. As one of food additives, it mainly used as the jellying agent, stabilizer, emulsifier, thicker, foaming agent, adhesive,film formation and fining agent.
Here are its applications: Gummy candy, marshmallows, ham, aspic, yogurt, wine and juice fining, jelly, caramels, toffees, licorice, cheese products, mousses, desserts, sour cream, canned products, etc.
